Daniel’s fascination with personal growth and transformation stems from his early childhood working at his family’s lawn and garden center, a multigenerational family enterprise serving the community of Rockford, Illinois for over 50 years.  Being in front of the public since his early days affirmed his communication-centric personality and cultivated his active curiosity to understand the internal journey. 

Growing up in the small farm town of Pecatonica, IL, Daniel envisioned a different life experience that included travel, creativity, and diversity.  His passion for the arts inspired him to embark on career with boundless potential and a desire to “always work with the best, constantly be learning, and be open to opportunity.”  He has been fortunate to have the privilege to work with award-winning performing artists, writers and creatives over the past 30 years in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Nashville in the entertainment world, and with Fortune 500 companies and national non-profits helping them identify and address key areas of growth. 

Despite access to high levels of ‘outward success’ during his professional life, Dan has always been searching for a connection to a more innate and authentic internal journey. He has been influenced by several leading thinkers in the worlds of publishing and social sciences and his journey frequently intersects with his personal faith life and network of spiritual leaders informing his choices, practices and behaviors.

As a person interested in many things, Daniel is best described as a neo-generalist - someone who brings together diverse people, synthesizing ideas and practice, addressing the big issues that confront us in order to shape a better future. 

Daniel’s passion is asking the DEEPER QUESTIONS about awareness, relational dynamics and personal authenticity and accountability to get to a place of agile, pragmatic vulnerability. No stranger to the human brokenness challenges we all encounter - depression/anxiety, family addiction, workaholism - his gift is discovering the special formula to release unexpected synergies between people, teams and ideas. Daniel’s life-long learning and interest is the evolving integration of mind, heart, spirit and body. He does this work for continual discovery of his own journey and to being of service to others.

Daniel has taken course work with New Ventures West and the Jung Platform as he pursues his formal certification in life coaching.
